We consider nonlocal gravity to explain the late time acceleration of the Universe without introducing dark energy. In this work, we use the localized form of the action for nonlocal gravity by introducing two scalar fields and investigate the attractor solutions for an accelerating Universe. If an atteractor solution exists the stability of that attractor is checked through a dynamical analysis. Firstly, we find the fixed points by assuming de Sitter solutions and then check the stability of the fixed points. We then extend the results to more general cases to find the fixed points, after which we check the stability of those fixed points; we also looked for accelerating solutions.
