Abstract
The effect of the magnetic field on the germination rate and chloroplast formation of broccoli was investigated. As a result, germination rate and growth of broccoli were in the order of experimental group, B > experimental group, A > control group, C. And fluorescence and chloroplast amounts of broccoli were in the order of experimental group, A > control group, C > experimental group, B. Thus, the germination rate and growth of broccoli were dependent on the magnetic field and. It can be seen that magnetic field treatment can help the chloroplast production and development of plants, but it can have a more positive effect within the range of appropriate magnetic field.
