To improve the piezoelectric properties, we prepared 20 mol\% Ta-substitued (Na$ _{0.53}$K $ _{0.47}$Li$ _{0.03}$)NbO$ _{3}$ ceramics with different sintering temperatures from 1050 $ ^{\circ}$C to 1150 $ ^{\circ}$C. The piezoelectric properties of the NKLNT ceramics were enhanced for the sintering temperature of $\sim$1080 $ ^{\circ}$C. The Miller index of the sintered NKLNT ceramics was decided by experimental XRD data and theoretic equation. Lattice constant $a$, $b$ and $c$ in orthorhombic system and cell volume were calculated using Cohen's least square method. We found that the NKLNT ceramics sintered at a proper temperature exhibited enhanced piezoelectric properties and increased lattice constants. Furthermore, we discussed that the enhanced piezoelectric properties are related to the crystallographic lattice in the ABO$ _{3}$ perovskite structure.

무연 (Na$ _{0.53}$K$ _{0.47}$Li$ _{0.03}$)(Nb$ _{0.8}$Ta$ _{0.2}$)O$ _{3}$(NKLNT) 압전세라믹을 1050 $ ^{\circ}$C -- 1150 $ ^{\circ}$C의 소결온도에서 고상반응법으로 제조하였고, 최적 소결온도에 따른 압전특성 향상과 격자 구조특성을 평가하였다. 서로 다른 소결온도 중 1070 -- 1080 $ ^{\circ}$C에서 밀도가 높고 압전특성이 향상되었다. NKLNT 세라믹의 조성성분이 동일하여도 1050 -- 1150 $^\circ$C 의 서로 다른 소결온도에 따라 압전특성이 변화하였고, 또 회절 격자구조 분석에서 격자상수의 변화가 관찰되었다. 소결된 세라믹스의 X-선 회절피크에 면지수(Miller index)를 결정하였고, 코헨(Cohen)의 최소자승법으로 격자상수(lattice constant)를 계산하였다. 소결온도에 따른 NKLNT세라믹스의 격자구조 변화를 확인하였고, 압전특성 향상에 대한 ABO$ _{3}$ 페르브스카이트 결정격자의 구조적 특성을 연구하였다.
